We recognize that everyone’s time is valuable therefore we greatly appreciate a 24 hour cancellation notice for ALL appointments booked at Donato Salon.
When you book an appointment with us we set that time and Service Provider aside just for you.
In order to secure your appointment we require a Credit Card / Visa Debit on file for all appointments booked.
You can add this on file via phone or on our Donato Salon booking App.
Cancelation & No-Show guidelines:
If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a fee 0f $50is forfeited as a late cancellation fee on services over $50.
If you simply do not-show to a booked appointment, a payment of $50 is forfeited as a no-show fee to services over $50 or more.
Promotional Gift Vouchers or Promotional Gift Cards may not be used as payment.
