GIFT CERTIFICATES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A Valid Photo ID and Donato Gift Certificate must be presented at check-in. Donato Salon + Spa reserves the right to deny service if both first and last names on the Gift Certificate do not match the names on the Valid Photo ID.

Not refundable or redeemable for cash or credit. Cannot be duplicated if lost, stolen or destroyed. Gratuities not included. Cancellation policy applies - see menu for details.

IMPORTANT: THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO PRESENT THIS GIFT CERTIFICATE TO THE INTENDED RECIPIENT:

1. E-MAIL DIRECTLY TO YOURSELF TO PRINT

The Online Gift Certificate will be sent to the email account you provide with your billing information. You must then print the gift certificate. Please make a note of the confirmation # for your records.
OR

E-MAIL DIRECTLY TO RECIPIENT TO PRINT
Enter the recipient’s email address with an optional Personal Message.
The recipient will receive the Online Gift Certificate after payment is processed. The recipient must print this gift certificate and bring it with them to Donato Salon + Spa at the time of services.

BEAUTY FIND GIFT CERTIFICATES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A Valid Photo ID and a Beauty Find Gift Certificate must be presented at check-in. Donato Salon + Spa reserves the right to deny service if both first and last names on the Beauty Find Gift Certificate do not match the names on the Valid Photo ID.

Not refundable or redeemable for cash or credit. Cannot be duplicated if lost, stolen or destroyed. Gratuities not included. Taxes included. In case of services, cancellation policy applies - see menu for details. Beauty Finds Gift Certificates are subject to "fine print" terms and conditions. Expiry date of discounted service or product is as indicated at time of purchase. Monetary value from original purchase will not expire.

Beauty Find Gift Certificates cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Limit one Beauty Find Gift Certificate per visit. One time use only in case of Beauty Find Gift Certificate for services
